About PRS and BTR

Private Rental Sector (PRS) and Build to Rent (BTR) investors are looking to acquire new build properties for the rental market. Institutional investors account for less than 5% of the UK's rental market, but are increasing their investment allocations and seeking new investment opportunities.

 

We work with a number of large investment funds, who can forward purchase (agree to acquire houses off-plan and often before you have started building) and forward fund (provide deposits upfront and funding to cover your development costs).

We are not exclusive with a single fund, so we can work to get you the best value for your developments.
